Delivery and returns
Thank you for your order. When it is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package from our logistics provider.
All the e-shop orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS.
Here our are delivery options :
France : 25€ (free over 400€)
Europe : 35€ (free over 400€)
Hors-Europe : 80€ (free over 600€)

MY PACKAGE IS LOST
We invite you to contact our Customer Service at email@example.com and explain your situation to us with the tracking number of your package. We will find a solution !
MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER
Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our Workshop, it cannot be returned to you and will be automatically refunded within 7 working days on the card used to pay for your item.
RETURN & REFUND
MAKE A RETURN
You have 15 days upon reception of your order to return the pieces to us for a refund or a credit note.
Any exchange or refund request must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must indicate your name, phone number, order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you an email with the return postal address. You must return each item complete (packaging and accessories), in its initial condition and in its original packaging with its return number included in the package. Return costs are free only for exchanges and only in Metropolitan France. For more information, we invite you to read our Terms & Conditions.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM
We do not do standard exchange on our e-shop marielichtenberg.com. For a new model or another color, just order again on our e-shop!
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow around 7 to 10 working days to give us time to process your return package.
